The Role

- Lead the Electrical Department and supervise electricians/apprentices
- 80% hands-on electrical work on the production floor
- Troubleshoot electrical, PLC, automation and controls issues
- Program and modify PLCs, HMIs and VFDs
- Support equipment installation and commissioning
- Drive machine reliability,



downtime reduction and continuous improvement
- Mentor and train junior electricians
- Coordinate outside electrical contractors when required
- Maintain electrical documentation and ESA/code compliance

Requirements
- 442A Industrial Electrician License
- 10+ years industrial electrical experience
- 2+ years electrical team leadership/supervision in manufacturing
- Strong PLC programming and troubleshooting experience
- Allen-Bradley/Rockwell experience
- Siemens experience is an asset
- HMI, VFD, automation and industrial controls experience
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Manufacturing experience
- Mechanical or robotics experience is an asset
