• Develop reproducible environments through Infrastructure as Code
• Control observability practices across diverse platforms
• Create and test disaster recovery strategies




• Ensure integration stability for Salesforce and telephony
• Build an effective on-call rotation and incident response
Requirements:
• Over 10 years in relevant technical fields with seniority
• Recent involvement with AWS and Terraform
• Proven capability in developing and mentoring teams
• Experience with observability frameworks
• Familiarity operating in a regulated workplace
