leasing performance, and resident experienceWhat You Will DoRespond to leasing inquiries through listing platforms, email, CRM, and phoneManage prospect communication, follow-up, lead stages, notes, and tasks through the leasing pipelineSchedule and conduct in-person showings and virtual toursPresent available suites, amenities, and community features in a professional and engaging waySupport prospects from inquiry through to showing, application, and signed leaseAssist with application processing, reference collection, approvals, and move-in coordinationMaintain accurate leasing information in CRM and property management systemsKeep listings accurate and up to date across platforms such as Rentfaster, Rentals.Ca, and KijijiIdentify listing issues, availability discrepancies, pricing gaps, or suite readiness concerns and escalat as neededEnsure show suites are clean, professional, and presentation-readySupport community events, resident engagement, and overall prospect satisfactionProvide regular leasing updates and complete related documentation as requiredWhat You BringExperience in sales, leasing, property management, residential real estate, customer service,
