Responsibilities
Administer the Corporate Driver Performance Scorecard program by:
Monitoring, identifying and assigning accurate incentive values to the program based on predetermined parameters
Addressing concerns from drivers relating to their Scorecard results and incentive payout
Reporting results to operational groups and drivers
Process, analyze and report on real‑time data from the on‑board truck computer system
Communicate in real‑time with operations teams and drivers regarding adherence to operational processes, providing coaching, education and support as needed.
Partner with the operations team to uphold operational integrity and compliance with corporate safety standards
Other duties as required
Requirements
Post‑secondary education in a relevant field or equivalent work experience is an asset
Experience and/or eagerness to work in a role with high‑volume communication requirements
Solid data analysis and reporting capabilities; ability to process a high volume of data and information from several different sources
Advanced capabilities with MS Office, including: MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
Proficiency in a windows‑based computer environment, including familiarity with web‑based software platforms.
Prior experience working with a Fleet Manager system (PeopleNet)is a definite asset.
Strong communication skills – verbal and written
Excellent organization and time‑management skills
Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
Experience in the transportation industry an asset
Bilingual in English / French an asset
