This permanent full time role oversees operational managers while focusing on delivering essential services within the Life Stabilization Division. Leading community engagement initiatives, you’ll partner strategically to meet Council’s Strategic goals and improve life stabilization outcomes. Your experience in community development will guide effective service delivery to Ontario Works clients and ensure adherence to policies and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead community engagement and partner strategies
• Oversee assigned Life Stabilization offices




• Manage budget for Ontario Works Discretionary Benefits
• Enhance strategies with community partners
• Monitor program outcomes and drive improvements

Requirements:
• University Degree in Social Sciences or relevant field
• 5-7 years in community development and management
• Strong knowledge of Ontario Works and policies
• Proven leadership in strategic partnerships
• Certifications in Project Management or Leadership are assets
