This full-time tenure track position in the College of Health Sciences opens January 1, 2027. The role emphasizes developing a robust research program focused on exercise interventions for various chronic diseases. You will also teach various courses, supervise students, and engage with the community.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop creative research on exercise interventions
• Teach undergraduate and graduate kinesiology courses
• Supervise students in academic and research projects
• Contribute to the development of new undergraduate concentration
• Provide service to the faculty and professional communities
Requirements:
• Ph.D. in Kinesiology or related field
• Experience in peer-reviewed publications and presentations
• Ability to secure external research funding
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal
• Capacity to engage students effectively
