Job requirement Candidates must be Certified Engineering/Architectural Technologists and/or have post-secondary education related to building design or construction to be eligible for this post.
They must have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of directly related work experience and municipal experience to be considered as an asset for this post.
Candidates must have demonstrated knowledge of the requirements of the Building Code Act, the Ontario Building Code, and any other applicable law as they apply to all buildings in general and, more specifically, to architectural and structural systems.
Applicants must be qualified, as referenced in Division C Section 3.1.4. of the Ontario Building Code, to be eligible for this post.
