Job Description Customer Support Specialist (Entry-Level)

Are you someone who enjoys helping people, staying busy, and working in a professional office environment? We're looking for a dependable, friendly, and detail-oriented Customer Support Specialist to join our growing team!

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with customer service, retail, receptionist, office, banking, hospitality, or call center experience who is looking to build a long-term career. Industry experience is not required—we're willing to train the right person!

What You'll Do
Answer a high volume of inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently

Assist customers with questions regarding products, services, and orders

Process customer orders accurately

Update customer accounts and information in the system

Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and a positive attitude

Provide exceptional customer service on every interaction

Perform accurate data entry and maintain customer records

Work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction





Handle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail

Support daily office operations as needed

Requirements We're Looking For Someone Who:
Has excellent communication and customer service skills

Enjoys talking with people and helping solve problems

Can multitask in a fast-paced office environment

Has strong computer and typing skills

Is dependable, organized, and detail-oriented

Maintains a positive attitude and professional demeanor

Learns quickly and works well as part of a team
