You would enjoy being a member of our team if you

Have 6+ years of experience

Operate independently, but seek help and support when needed

Revel in your craft and are excited by and capable of owning large backend projects

Collaborate effectively with other experienced engineers, including application/front‑end engineers

Make sound trade‑offs and avoid over‑indexing on trendy technology; prefer supported, stable tech

Use customer problems as input into designing systems, creating simple, elegant solutions

Consider observability, SLA and scalability implications while avoiding premature optimization

Feel at home with AWS, Postgres, and Node.js

Bring your authentic self to work and engage in candid, respectful feedback

Build sustainably and manage your time and priorities as best suits your needs

We use TypeScript with Node.js, TypeGraphQL for API endpoints,



Apollo/Express as our web server, Postgres (hosted on RDS), and ClickHouse as our database. Front‑end is React and infrastructure is on AWS.
