Key Responsibilities:
• Define and own the testing strategy for ABIV activities
• Manage project risks with mitigation plans and resource mapping
• Lead development IPTs and maintain a consolidated Statement of Work
• Interface with engineering COCs and other functions effectively
• Deliver on TCQP and drive overall project success
Requirements:
• Engineering degree or equivalent required
• Experience managing major flight test campaigns for CS 25 aircraft
• Proven project management track record
• Advanced proficiency in English
• Strong problem-solving and leadership skills
