Requirements:
• Post-secondary education and 8+ years of leadership experience
• Strong understanding of digital HR adoption and analytics
• Experience in developing executive-level reports and dashboards
• Proven consultation and stakeholder engagement skills
• Knowledge of Ontario's human rights and employment standards
