The creation and verification of set up layouts and that the necessary materials are available and correctly dispensed.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Issues set up package to set up teams by shift
Ensures the long schedule set up times are recorded every rotating week
Preventative Maintenance – unique requirements for the production run
Audits daily nozzle inspection for completion – correct rating of severity
Audits per set up checklist for completion /accuracy
Monitors/Records components needed for set up based on min/max – complete form to order and give to the maintenance coordinator
Complies with all corporate policies and the Occupational Health and Safety Administration rules (OHSA) while working
Supports QMS implementation and ongoing continuous quality improvement
To take every precaution reasonable for the protection of employees included but not limited to ensuring all are provided with and wear any equipment, protective device or clothing required and advise employees of any potential or actual health or safety dangers known
Completes all other duties as assigned
Comply with all applicable environmental laws, regulations and third-party relevant requirements in a continuing effort to improve pollution prevention strategies.
Qualifications:
Millwright knowledge and experience
Functional knowledge of Auto CAD
Experience of leading teams
Must be self- motivated
Must be safety oriented and mechanically inclined
Must have a certified lift truck/ boom truck/scissor lift ticket
