Role Overview The Manager, P&C; Systems oversees a team of Business Analysts, Sr. Functional Analysts, and Functional Analysts. This role partners closely with P&C; CoEs, global business stakeholders, and technology teams to define and deliver Core HCM (Workday) and ServiceNow-based solutions, ensuring alignment to business needs and service delivery outcomes.
What You Will Do Developing and leading your team, prioritizing work across foundational HR platforms, managing escalations and driving resolution, delivering enhancements that improve employee and manager experience across core systems.

Requirements Undergraduate degree in P&C;, Business, or related field; HRIS certification an asset4+ years people leadership experience managing 4–6 direct reports4+ years subject matter expertise in Core HCM platforms (Workday preferred)
