What is the opportunity?
As an Engineering Manager,you will be responsible for the following:

Develop and support the “Software Distribution (SFD) Project for Windows Hub

Deep understanding of Windows Intelligent Hub and its interactions with UEM

Deep understanding of the Windows Registry

Deep understanding of OMA-DM, CSPs, GPOs, and ADMX

Deep understanding of Windows software deployment lifecycle

Proficiency in the Omnissa SDLC and the .NET framework in C#

Collaborating with product management, other teams and other engineers to identify end-user requirements and specifications for the SFD product

Create designs, including algorithms and data flow to create new software programs and systems

Producing efficient and effective code based on requirements

Deploying and testing programs and applications, including the SFD application, for Omnissa

Troubleshooting, debugging, maintaining and improving existing SFD software

Assisting with customer escalations to resolve all reported issues

What will you bring to Omnissa?

At least 5-7 years of relevant experience, including a minimum of 3 years in technical leadership





Proficient hands‑on coding skills (Java or similar language)

5+ years working with customer facing SaaS Services

5+ years working with a hyperscale (Azure, AWS, GCP etc.) infrastructure at global scale

Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, or related degree and equivalent experience (5+ years)

The typical base salary for this role is between $200,000- $253,650 CAD per year and it may be eligible for participation in a corporate bonus program. Actual compensation offer may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, skill level, or other relevant factors.
