Shape the future of water management with RVA as a Senior Engineer in our full-time Water team. This role focuses on engineering, project management, and client engagement in the water/wastewater sector.
As a Senior Engineer, you will utilize your 15+ years of engineering experience to lead projects, provide high-level technical reviews, and mentor upcoming engineers. Your work will encompass designing and managing various treatment facilities while building strong client relationships and ensuring project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive water and wastewater project management and engineering
• Review and verify engineering documentation and designs
• Develop proposals, conceptual, and detailed engineering designs




• Conduct environmental assessments and coordinate studies
• Supervise a team of engineers and technical staff
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant Engineering discipline
• Qualified Engineer (P.Eng) licensure in Ontario
• Minimum 15 years of experience, 10 in consultancy
• Proficient in regulatory guidelines and project delivery
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
