Shape Kindred's mission as the Director of Community Engagement and Fundraising, an office-based role focused on vital relationship building and strategic philanthropy.
In this critical position, you will work closely with the CEO to lead fundraising initiatives that align with Kindred's vision of connection and support for communities. Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive fundraising strategies while overseeing donor relations and corporate partnerships. Lead and mentor a team dedicated to fundraising excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement multi-year fundraising strategies
• Manage relationships with major donors and foundations
• Drive donor engagement strategies and retention
• Prepare performance reports for senior leadership
• Act as a public representative for Kindred
Requirements:
• Business or related degree required
• 7-10 years progressive fund development experience
• Track record of major gifts and corporate partnerships
• Donor management system experience advantageous
• CFRE certification is a plus
