As part of the Insider pod, you'll manage critical components of our membership system. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with teams across Data Science, Product, and Design to create seamless enhancements to the user experience. Your insights will play a key role in driving engagement and satisfaction for retailers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage backend services for Insider memberships
• Partner with cross-functional teams on user experience design
• Analyze program performance and iterate based on findings
• Reinforce value at cart,



checkout, and post-order interactions
• Mentor team members in best coding practices
Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years in backend development
• Robust proficiency in Kotlin, Java, or similar
• Ability to work with real-time data pipelines
• Excellent communication skills with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent work
