Reporting to the Director of Accounting – Controller, you will have a critical role in managing financial processes and ensuring accurate reporting. Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee accounts receivable, payable, and payroll processes
• Manage month-end close for Canadian and U.S. entities
• Ensure preparation of financial statements aligned with US GAAP
• Establish accounting policies and maintain compliance measures
• Mentor and provide feedback to accounting staff
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in accounting
• Comprehensive understanding of US GAAP regulations
• Experience with Netsuite highly desirable
• Background in U.S. indirect tax compliance
