Job Description

- Enthusiastic about leading our customers’ security transition on the Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 Platforms.
- Involves direct interaction with customers.




- Managing the technical relationship between the client and Microsoft.

Providing assistance in maximizing their Microsoft investments via architecture, implementation, and operational health initiatives.

Responsibilities

- Inspire positive feedback and high satisfaction rates among customers.

Become the Voice of the customer.

- Communicating with Global Security teams and product teams.
- Remove blockers and enhance the solution roadmap.
- Implement measures to ensure protection against threat regarding Identity and Access Management.
- Position and deliver solutions for Cloud based Security and drive sales.
- Ensure that the solution adheres to good performance along with appropriate security and scalability in design etc.
- Architectural designs that fit the customer’s goals.
- Collaborate and orchestrate with other Cloud Solution Architects and MS stakeholders which can include Fast Track, partner, and Microsoft Consulting.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Enginnering, IT, Business studies or similar fields. AND a 4+ years of experience in cloud technologies. IT consulting or support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, architecture, or consulting (or equivalent experience) are also relevant experiences.
- Proven and tested ability to create and foster strong technical relationships at senior IT executive levels in large/strategic accounts.
- Broad and diverse technical knowledge and deep understanding in Microsoft Sentinel, Defender workloads, Data Security, IAM and Zero Trust strategies.
- Skilled and experienced in building consensus around solutions/projects.
- Strong presentation skills and able to engage technical and executive audiences.
- Good understanding of Microsoft Security, Compliance & Identity solutions as an overall integrated end-to-end offering.
- Knowledge of the competitive security products, platforms and trends in the cloud market; learns quickly.
- Asset: Initiated or eligible to obtain Canadian Government Secret Clearance (CISD).
