Responsibilities

- Enthusiastically greet guests.
- Process credit card/cash payments in an efficient and friendly manner.
- Utilize the POS for all transactions.




- Sell BRKFREE merchandise to guests while maintaining the company's standards in Guest service.
- Deliver engaging, positive, and authentic Guest experience with all guests.
- Demonstrate a Guest‑centric mindset by role‑modeling selling behaviors with a passion for the brand.
- Generate pride and loyalty about the game rooms.
- Deliver ordered food to guests.
- Properly clean and sanitize all food preparation areas along with tables and bar.
- Wash and appropriately store all cooking appliances, instruments, utensils, cups, glasses, and dishes.
- Clean and restock bar area, empty trash and sanitize equipment.
- Deliver results and contribute to the location’s success.
- Communicate effectively with multiple guests while efficiently processing transactions.
- Manage flow from the front doors, efficiently help guests with needs and direct as needed.
- Ensure all guests have a valid waiver on file.
- Sweep and mop the kitchen floors and bar area as well as wipe down kitchen walls.
- Assist with the unloading of delivered food supplies.
- Organize and correctly store food supplies including FIFO procedures.

Key Requirements

- Ability and willingness to take on additional tasks.
- Adherence to federal, provincial and local labour laws.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays, and understanding and compliance with all scheduling policies and practices.
- Securing and maintaining any assigned company property.
- Ability to safely lift up to 40 pounds.

Qualifications After Hire

- Smart Serve Certification.
- Food Prep Certification.
- Criminal Background Check.
