Support Worker / Caregiver

Passionate about providing compassionate care? Join our team as a Support Worker and make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and young adults aged 2-17.

This role involves:

Before-school 6:40 am to 8:40 am

After-school childcare 3:10 pm to 5:30 pm,

full days on PD days and breaks.

You would be required to work both shifts and must drive, as you would be required to pick up and drop off a child from school

Responsibilities:

- Provide respite care and support with daily activities
- Administer medications as instructed
- Prepare meals meeting dietary needs
- diaper changing andPersonal care
- Offer companionship and plan engaging activities
- Perform light housekeeping

Qualifications:

- Experience in caregiving, specifically Autism and PICA
- Knowledge of medication procedures
- Physical ability to lift and assist
- Robust communication and caring attitude
- Confidentiality commitment

Requirements:

- Valid First Aid
- Recent Police Vulnerable Sector Check
- CFS Intervention Check
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
