This role is ideal for a strong people leader with deep construction accounting experience who thrives in a fast‑paced, growth‑oriented environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage a team of 5+ accounting professionals, overseeing both corporate and project accounting functionsOversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for multiple entities and construction projectsEnsure compliance with lender, bonding, CMHC, tax, and statutory reporting requirementsLead ERP, payroll, and financial systems implementations and integrations (Procore, Sage ERP, ADP)Prepare and review monthly cash flow forecasts and present results in regular finance meetingsOversee corporate tax filings,
