Norton Rose Fulbright is currently seeking an experienced Employment and Labour associate to join our Vancouver office. Our firm is one of the largest management‑side employment and labour practice groups in the country, providing representation to employers on all aspects of workplace law in unionized and non‑union environments in both the provincial and federal sectors. This includes employment litigation and compliance, labour board proceedings, labour arbitration, human rights, executive employment contracts, employee compensation and benefits, pay equity, privacy law, collective bargaining, human resources strategies, occupational health and safety, and workplace policies. This is a rare opportunity to join a world‑class team in a team-oriented office environment at an established Canadian law firm that is also a member of a strong international legal practice. The successful candidate will become part of a collegial and collaborative team, with significant opportunity for continued growth and mentorship.

Qualifications

- 3 to 6 years of post‑call experience
- Excellent academics
- Commercial awareness, excellent interpersonal skills,



drive and enthusiasm for our work, and an innovative and team‑oriented approach to practice

Compensation

Vancouver salary: $145,000 - $205,000 per year, depending on year of call. Salary will be discussed and negotiated during interview and will be based on experience.
