Your Mission

- Reporting directly to the V-P of Finance, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial planning, analysis, and reporting for the company.
- Develop and maintain financial models for the preparation of the monthly, quarterly, and annual cash flow forecast process.
- Prepare the quarterly financial planning presentation for Upper Management and Board of Directors.
- Prepare and present financial reports and analysis to management, including variance analysis with forecast and historical results.
- Serve as the main point of integration between Cost Control and Finance, ensuring data integrity from transactions to reporting and enabling reliable financial insights.
- Lead monthly and quarterly reviews with business owners to ensure that all expenses are accounted for when they are incurred and are aligned with the forecast.
- Drive improvements in ERP processes, financial reporting and analysis processes, including the implementation of financial reports to support business needs.
- Conduct ad‑hoc financial analysis and present findings to support strategic initiatives and decision-making.

Your Skills Profile

- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field with a CPA title.
- Proven work experience in an FP&A; function, with 5-8+ years of experience.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling and advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Strong experience with Tier 1 ERP systems (D365), including data management, financial processes (P2P), and reporting integration.




- Solid interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.

- Relevant directement du vice-président des Finances, vous serez responsable de superviser l’ensemble des activités de planification financière, d’analyse et de rapports pour l’entreprise.
- Développer et assurer le maintien de modèles financiers soutenant le processus de prévision mensuelle, trimestrielle et annuelle des dépenses et des flux de trésorerie.
- Préparer la présentation trimestrielle de planification financière à destination de la haute direction et du conseil d'administration.
- Préparer et présenter des rapports et analyses financières à la direction, incluant des analyses des et explications des écarts par rapport aux prévisions et aux résultats historiques.
- Agir comme principal point d’intégration entre le contrôle des coûts de projets et les finances, en assurant l’intégrité des données des transactions jusqu’aux rapports et en permettant des analyses financières fiables.




- Diriger les revues mensuelles et trimestrielles avec les responsables opérationnels afin de s’assurer que toutes les dépenses sont comptabilisées au moment où elles sont engagées et qu’elles sont alignées avec les prévisions.
- Mener des projets d’amélioration continue portant sur l’optimisation des processus ERP, de même que sur la création et la modernisation de rapports de données et d’analyses financières.
- Réaliser des analyses financières ponctuelles et présenter les conclusions afin de soutenir les initiatives stratégiques et la prise de décision.

Profil des compétences (Français)

- Baccalauréat en finance, comptabilité ou domaine connexe, avec le titre de CPA.
- Expérience avérée en FP&A;, avec 5 à 8 ans d’expérience ou plus.
- Solide maîtrise de la modélisation financière et niveau avancé en Excel (Power Query un atout).
- Expérience significative avec les ERP tier 1(D365), incluant la gestion des données et les processus financiers (P2P).
- Excellentes compétences interpersonnelles et en communication, avec la capacité d’interagir efficacement avec tous les niveaux de la direction.
- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et en équipe dans un environnement dynamique et en évolution rapide.
