Your background in litigation will be essential in navigating through complex cases.
Key Responsibilities:
• Effectively prosecute citations for the Discipline Committee
• Represent the Law Society in disciplinary reviews
• Offer legal advice concerning investigations




• Negotiate and draft proposals for Consent Agreements
• Represent in court for investigation and discipline matters
Requirements:
• Membership or eligibility in the Law Society of B.C.
• Five years of litigation experience required
• Superior writing and communication abilities
• Skill in managing deadlines in high-pressure situations
• Profound knowledge of evidence and administrative law
