In this role, you will report to the Plant Manager and work closely with the corporate sustainability leadership team. Your primary focus will be aligning the site’s Sustainability Framework with corporate objectives while increasing employee engagement in sustainability initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage the site’s Sustainability Framework
• Collect and analyze sustainability data for reporting




• Implement projects to encourage resource efficiency and reduce waste
• Champion effective cross-departmental collaboration
• Communicate sustainability narratives to internal and external audiences
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science or related field
• 5+ years in sustainability-focused roles
• Knowledge of ISO and GRI for sustainability metrics
• Experience in community engagement and social responsibility
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills
