Manager,Planningand Evaluationplaysakeyroleinadvancingtheorganizationsmissionthrough strategic and operational planningandexecution,while drivingperformanceand impactevaluation.

Impact: Collaborates across the organization to lead annual enterprise planning processes, including workflow development, data tracking, analysis, and reporting.
Demonstrates organizational impact by designing, implementing, and continuously improving data collection,
evaluation processes, and measurement tools.
Supports the Presidents officeonexecution ofstrategicinitiatives.
Requirements Our idealcandidate: Demonstratesexperience in performance measurement, evaluation,andimpact reporting.
Has strong data literacy and analytical skills, including data collection, synthesis, and translating insights into actionable recommendations.
Has proven ability to lead or coordinate organizational planning processes, including workflow design, tracking, and reporting.
Has excellent collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work across teams and levels to co-create solutions.
Has strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing concise reportsfor varying audiences.
Demonstratescommitment to inclusion, diversity, equity, and accessibility (IDEA) principles in program design, evaluation, or workplace practices.
Is abletomanage multiple priorities andsupportstrategic initiatives from planning through execution in a deadline-driven environment.
Has experience with OKR framework(isconsideredan asset).
Has experience in a nonprofit or health research environment(is considered an asset).
Has experience engaging senior leadership or executive offices(is considered an asset).
Has formal project management training or certification(is considered an asset).
