and adherence to professional standards - Collaborate closely with surgeons and medical teams while contributing to the continuous improvement of the quality of care Desired Profile: - University degree in physiotherapy. - Member of the Ordre professionnel de la physiothrapie du Qubec (Quebec Order of Physiotherapists). - Significant experience of 3 to 5 years in physiotherapy, ideally in a post-operative rehabilitation setting (orthopedics a major asset). - Minimum of 2 years of experience in management, coordination, or team leadership. - Valid first aid and CPR certification. - Bilingualism in French and English (spoken and written).
