Responsibilities Assist with planning and delivery of consumer insolvency services Assist with data analysis and the review of financial records Assist with administering formal insolvency appointments including bankruptcies and proposals Develop relationships with current and potential referral sources including credit counsellors, debt counsellors, lawyers, accountants, etc.

Prepare and review all relevant BIA documentation including Statements of Affairs, 170 Reports, Court Orders and Affidavits, Certificates of Discharge, Trustees Supplementary Reports to Court, Pre and Post Bankruptcy Tax Returns, Final Statements of Receipts and Disbursements, etc.





Identify innovative ways to deliver added value to debtors; ensure debtor needs are met Maintain high quality control and apply specialized knowledge to anticipate, identify and address issues or key risks relevant to the debtor Contribute to the development of new ideas and approaches to improve work processes Maintain flexibility to travel, as necessary Skills and Experience 45 years of insolvency experience performing initial client consultations and assessing financial situations.

Strong understanding of financial concepts, especially assets and liabilities, with an analytical mindset.

Comfortable using technology and quick to learn new toolsyou''re tech-savvy and have a strong inclination toward digital solutions.

Strong communication skillsyoure comfortable speaking with people in sensitive situations and can explain complex topics clearly. A cooperative mindset with the ability to work independently when needed.

High attention to detail and strong organizational skillsyou keep things on track even in a busy environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools like Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Completion of insolvency-related courses (e.g., Insolvency Administration or BIA Insolvency Counsellor) is an asset.
