At Dominos Victoria were looking for a General Manager who wants full ownership of a highvolume store.

What youll own You are fully responsible for: Store performance Hitting sales and profitability targets Managing food and labor costs to target Maintaining solid delivery and carryout times (were serious about speed and accuracy) People & leadership Hiring, training, and scheduling a team of team members, drivers, and shift leads Building a culture of accountability, teamwork, and high standards Coaching shift leaders to run strong shifts without you on the floor Operations & quality Ensuring every shift runs to Dominos standards product quality, service, and cleanliness Using our systems to plan, forecast,



and staff effectively Handling customer escalations and turning problems into repeat business Brand & customer experience Monitoring Customer reviews and acting on feedback Protecting the Dominos brand in your trade area through consistent execution What success looks like in 612 months Your store consistently hits or beats: Delivery time and carryout time targets Food and labor cost targets Customer satisfaction scores You have: A reliable bench of shift leaders Low turnover in your core team A store that can run strong even when youre not on the floor What were looking for Musthaves: 2+ years experience as a General Manager or Assistant Manager in QSR, pizza, or similar highvolume food service Proven track record managing: Labor and food cost Scheduling and staffing Training and performance management Comfortable running busy times without losing control of quality or service Robust, direct, and fair leadership style you set expectations, follow through, and lead by example Nicetohaves: Experience with Dominos or another large pizza brand Experience managing delivery operations (drivers, routes, safety, and timing) Multiunit exposure or ambition to move into multiunit leadership This role is NOT a fit if: You avoid tough conversations about performance or standards Youre uncomfortable being fully accountable for P&L; results You prefer a slow, lowvolume environment What we offer Compensation: Base salary: $65.000 - $75000 which includes wages, tips and potiential profit sharing Schedule: Fulltime, including evenings and weekends (with input into your schedule) Benefits: Benefits after 90 days Staff discounts on Dominos products Growth: Ongoing coaching from an experienced owner/operator Apply Now!!
