This highly visible role will work closely with senior leadership and play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, performance reporting, and strategic decision support.

Responsibilities Support the annual budgeting and forecasting process Develop and maintain complex financial models to support planning, forecasting, and scenario analysis Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities Perform variance analysis against budget, forecast,



and prior year results Prepare monthly and quarterly management reporting packages for senior leadership Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) Partner with leaders across operations and finance to support business decisions and strategic initiatives Assist with business case analysis, investment evaluations, and operational improvement initiatives Support ad hoc reporting, financial analysis, and special projects Continuously improve reporting processes and analytics capabilities
