How you''ll make an impact Your primary accountability will be to develop and acquire new business revenue through sales to new and existing clients with emphasis on mid to large-sized companies Participating in team sales situations with other producers, service and support personnel Developing a pipeline of business opportunities that are an appropriate mix of new clients and existing account expansion Introducing Gallaghers full-service offering to broaden the scope and impact of client relationships You will convey deep technical expertise and business insight in helping clients evaluate opportunities to reduce costs, risks and improve the overall competitiveness of benefits, retirement and HR services Constantly stay ahead of industry, market and legislative trends that impact health & benefit plan design, delivery and compliance With assistance from colleagues, develop proposals that are fiscally sound, reflect an appropriate investment in the client,
