Jean-sur-Richelieu & Montreal, QC We are seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to support a dynamic organization by ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of HR activities while contributing to employee experience,pliance, recruitment, and organizational initiatives.

What You''ll Do Coordinate the full-cycle recruitment process, including onboarding, orientation, and offboarding activities.

Maintain HR records, employee files, HRIS data, and HR documentation.

Prepare and distribute HR reports, organizational charts, and workforce analytics.

Respond to employee and manager inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and programs.

Support leave administration and return-to-work processes.

Coordinate employee training programs and monitorpliance requirements.

Organize employee engagement initiatives, events, and HRmunications.

Support Health & Safety programs and Joint Health & Safetymittee activities.

Assist with departmental projects, presentations, reporting, and general HR administration.





What We''re Looking For Bachelor''s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of HR experience.

Strong understanding of HR practices, employment legislation, andpliance requirements.

Excellent organizational,munication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a rapid-paced environment.

Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Experience with HRIS platforms (ADP Workforce Now is considered an asset).

Bilingualism (French and English, written and spoken) is required.

Valid driver''s license and access to a vehicle to travel between locations when required.
