Job Summary: The Testing and Quality Assurance Analyst will support the Digital Health initiative by ensuring the quality and reliability of healthcare information systems.

This role involves developing and executing detailed test scenarios and scripts to validate software functionality and performance, specifically within healthcare environments.

The analyst will work remotely within Canada to contribute to the transformation and enablement of healthcare delivery through effective information and communication technology processes.

Responsibilities: Develop and execute test scenarios, scripts, and cases to verify conformance to functional and non-functional requirements.

Create detailed testing cases and scenarios tailored to healthcare information systems supporting clinical and administrative functions.

Validate software solutions and associated business processes, ensuring data accuracy within healthcare applications.

Perform testing activities related to OpenID Connect, including configuration validation for desktop and mobile workflows.

Document testing results and collaborate with project teams to address defects and improve software quality.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of quality assurance processes within the healthcare technology environment.

Required Skills & Certifications: Degree or diploma in software quality assurance, computer science, or application development.





Minimum 5 years of experience in developing and executing test scenarios in a project environment.

At least 5 years of experience testing healthcare information systems supporting clinical or administrative activities.

Minimum 3 years of experience testing software solutions and validating business processes in healthcare.

At least 3 years of experience as a quality assurance analyst within a healthcare environment.

Minimum 3 years of experience testing OpenID Connect configurations and workflows on desktop and mobile platforms.

Preferred Skills & Certifications: Experience with healthcare digital transformation projects.

Familiarity with provincial healthcare information management systems.

Knowledge of test automation tools and methodologies.

Strong documentation and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Special Considerations: Work must be performed remotely from within Canada only.

Additional hours may be required, not exceeding 10% of total contracted hours, to meet project demands.

Scheduling: Full time position with a standard workday of 7.75 hours based on Central Time.

Contract duration from October 5, 2026, to March 31, 2027, with an option to extend to May 31, 2027.

Total contracted hours approximately 930 over 120 business days.
