Senior Project Manager - Construction We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee construction projects from planning through completion.

The successful candidate will ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while coordinating with clients, contractors, and project teams.

Industrial and commercial interior projects primarily.

Lower Mainland based with some travel in BC.

Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and manage construction projects from start to finish.

Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources.

Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and building regulations.

Monitor project progress and resolve issues as they arise.

Communicate regularly with clients and stakeholders.





Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting.

Other as required Requirements Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or in a similar role.

Robust knowledge of construction methods, project management, and safety regulations.

Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office.

Relevant degree, diploma, or industry certification is preferred.

Salary 115-130,000 range depending on experience.
