Reporting to the Home Centre Team Leader, responsibilities for this position include the following: Demonstrate the behaviors and actions to support Lake Country Co-operatives vision, mission, and safety principles to make a difference in members lives, with a strong customer focused approach.

Provide Legendary Service at all touch points through various communication channels.

Assist guest with item selection and make recommendations based on an inquiring approach.

Perform receiving of merchandise, stocking, operation of point-of-sale system (POS), pricing, displaying, selling, conduct inventory counts.

Maintain cleanliness, rotation and order of merchandise and load products into customer vehicles as assigned.

Support and follow Asset Protection and Safety Management systems, policies, and procedures.

Perform all other duties as assigned.

Who You Are: You are looking for a career in Home & Building Products and Customer Service and meet the following: Experience in home and building materials, construction industry and retail sales.

Honest and trustworthy, are results- oriented, and are proud of the work that you do.

Well organized and capable of attaining a high level of production, with a minimum amount of supervision.

Attentive to detail and have strong cash management skills.

Can fulfil physical job requirements, standing, crouching, bending, kneeling, lifting up to 50 lbs, working outside and inside. POS experience and have the ability to work in a fast paced, guest facing setting.
