About The Role Were looking for a Commercial Lines Account Associate to support our Healthcare team.

Youll work closely with an experienced group of professionals, focusing on exceptional client service and operational excellence.

This is a fast-paced role where attention to detail and strong organizational skills are key.

What Youll Do Provide professional, prompt support to clients, handling coverage inquiries and requests.

Prepare and review key documents, including proposals, renewal packages, certificates, and policies.

Process transactions, endorsements, and invoices with precision and accuracy.

Analyze client coverage needs, exposures, and loss history to ensure proper risk management.

Collaborate with the team to market specific coverages and resolve client issues efficiently What Youll Need for Success RIBO License required and at least 3 years of commercial insurance experience.

Exposure to Healthcare risks and/or Subscription policies are an asset Robust organizational and time management skills in high-volume environments.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills; experience with EPIC is a bonus.

Detail-oriented with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
