Ensure HR Compliance & Best Practices Maintain compliance with employment laws and introduce progressive HR initiatives that enhance the employee experience.

Qualifications 8+ years of HR experience with a proven track record in talent strategy, culture-building, and performance management.

Experience in fast-growing or startup-like environments is a big plus! Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and workforce planning . CHRP certification is an asset.

Excellent communication and leadership skills you''re a strategic thinker and a trusted partner to executives and employees alike.

Experience with HR technology platforms (Workforce Now from ADP preferred) .
