As a Building Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper operation and overall upkeep of a high-end residential property.

You will work on both individual units andmon areas, while delivering a high level of service to residents.

Your Responsibilities Respond to emergency maintenance calls according to schedule Perform general maintenance, renovations, and touch-ups in vacant units in line with quality standards Maintainmon areas and the building overall Coordinate unit turnover inspections with the customer service team Conduct preventive maintenance inspections andplete required reports Ensure the quality of work performed by contractors Participate actively in training and demonstrate amitment to continuous learning Assist with snow removal operations when required Carry out any other related tasks as needed Education & Experience Minimum of 2 years of renovation or maintenance experience Technical Skills Working knowledge of English (spoken and written) Corepetencies: Painting & finishing: surface preparation, sanding, priming, painting, textures Plumbing: installation and repair (toilets, sinks, faucets, valves, drain clearing) Electrical: replacement of lighting fixtures, outlets, and switches Drywall repair Countertop repair and replacement Flooring: vinyl, carpet, tile, baseboards Nice-to-Have Skills Experience in carpentry, tiling, drywall, flooring, and plumbing Knowledge of hydronic heating systems and boilers Installation and repair of doors, windows, and cabinetry Locksmithing: repair, replacement,

Vos responsabilits

Traiter les demandes de service dans un dlai de 72 heures

Rpondre aux appels durgence selon lhoraire tabli

Effectuer des travaux dentretien gnral, rnovations et retouches dans les logements vacants selon les standards de qualit

Assurer lentretien des airesmunes et du btiment

Coordonner les inspections de rotation des units avec lquipe du service la clientle





Raliser les inspections de maintenance prventive et rdiger les rapports requis

Veiller la qualit des travaux effectus par les sous-traitants

Participer activement aux formations et dmontrer un engagement envers preferentialist continu

Contribuer aux oprations de dneigement lorsque ncessaire

Effectuer toute autre tche connexe selon les besoins oprationnels Formation et exprience

Minimum de 2 ans dexprience en rnovation Connaissance fonctionnelle de langlais (oral et crit)Aisance avec les outils technologiques (essentiel) Peinture et finition : prparation des surfaces, sablage, apprt, peinture, textures

Plomberie : installation et rparation (toilettes, lavabos, robinets, valves, dbouchage)lectricit : remplacement de luminaires, prises et interrupteurs

Rparation de cloisons sches (drywall)Rparation et remplacement deptoirs

Revtements de sol : vinyle, tapis, cramique, plinthes Atouts

Exprience en menuiserie, cramique, plomberie, planchers et cloisons sches

Connaissance des systmes de chauffage hydronique et chaudires

Installation et rparation : portes, fentres, armoires

Serrurerie : rparation, remplacement, rekeying

Installation et rparation dlectromnagers

Certification en amiante Capacit travailler de faon autonome et en quipe, sur plusieurs sites

Bonne condition physique (marcher, monter des escaliers, soulever des charges)Capacit manipuler jusqu 90 kg (avec quipement appropri)Excellente approche client et sens du service
