The position is based at our Saint-Hyacinthe plant Your role The Senior Production Supervisor is responsible for the direct management of two (2) Production Supervisors, as well as the coordination and optimization of operations within the Process sector to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant production aligned with Yoplait Liberts quality standards.

Working closely with the production, quality, maintenance, logistics, and continuous improvement teams, you will ensure the achievement of operational objectives, develop your teams capabilities,



and foster a culture of performance, health & safety, and continuous improvement.

What you will accomplish daily Supervise, mobilize, and develop the team Conduct active supervision rounds to ensure constant presence on the production floor Build a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement Actively participate in various plant committees and projects Plan daily and weekly activities for the Process sector based on production needs Ensure planning of dairy ingredients and white masses to support operations Adjust operational priorities according to production constraints and customer needs Promote a strong health & safety culture Identify performance gaps and implement necessary action plans What you need to join our team Bachelors degree or college diploma in operations management, engineering, or food processing (ITA, STA, food engineering, or related field) Minimum of five (5) to seven (7) years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment Solid knowledge of food manufacturing processes (asset) Experience with SAP (asset) Why join us At Yoplait Libert, we offer a human, inclusive, and respectful work environment where collaboration, flexibility, and development are at the heart of our culture.
