Our Toronto based client is seeking an experiencedSAP CRM Consultant to join their project on a long term contract.

The ideal candidate should have extensive experience withSAP CRM along with project implementations in a consultant capacity or related roles.

This will be a hybrid role.

Key Responsibilities: Configure and test SAP IS-U Billing & Invoicing: rates (schemas/operands/variants), TOU/interval billing, proration, reversals/back-billing, adjustments, billing orders/cycles, and invoice processing/output.

Process meter reading results and exceptions; integrate with Device Management/EDM (VEE, interval data) and troubleshoot billing errors using EMMA; ensure robust error handling and recovery.

Build functional specifications for interfaces, enhancements, and forms (print/presentment/payment),



and collaborate with technical teams on BAdIs/user exits and performance tuning.

Integrate with FI-CA for postings, dunning, refunds/deposits, payments/returns; align with CRM/Service workflows for inquiries, complaints, and move-in/move-out scenarios.

Support data migration (contract/billing/master data), parallel bill runs, reconciliations, and bill quality validation; drive SIT/UAT, defect triage, and cutover/hypercare.

Contribute to controls and compliance (revenue assurance, audit), document designs and test evidence, and provide knowledge transfer; 5+ years IS-U Billing experience (S/4HANA experience preferred).

Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
