Our client is seeking a Senior Program Manager (10+ years) to lead Operational Technology (OT) programs supporting SCADA, ADMS, DERMS, OT Cybersecurity, Utilities Telecommunications, and Infrastructure initiatives Join a portfolio supporting major OT initiatives within a large-scale power and utilities workplace.

This role oversees programs related to SCADA and ADMS upgrades, DERMS implementation, OT Cyber, infrastructure, utilities telecommunications, and reporting initiatives.

The portfolio is currently supported by project managers, business analysts, and organizational change management resources.

Contract, Calgary, Working Hours: MST Must Haves 10+ years of Program Management experience leading large-scale Operational Technology (OT) initiatives within the Power & Utilities industry Proven experience delivering SCADA , ADMS , and/or DERMS programs and transformational initiatives Experience leading OT Cybersecurity , Utilities Telecommunications , network , and infrastructure -related programs Strong portfolio governance , executive stakeholder management, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management experience Ability to manage multiple project streams and align delivery across technical and business teams Nice to Have Experience with operational reporting, analytics,



or data modernization initiatives within OT environments Previous experience working with project managers, business analysts, architects, engineering teams, and OCM resources Knowledge of grid modernization, distributed energy resources, and utility operational systems Responsibilities Provide overall program leadership and governance across a portfolio of OT initiatives Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of SCADA modernization and upgrade programs Oversee ADMS enhancement and implementation initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives Support the strategic planning and mobilization of DERMS implementation activities Coordinate and govern OT Cybersecurity projects focused on resilience, compliance, and operational risk reduction Oversee utilities telecommunications and infrastructure projects supporting OT operations and reliability Manage program budgets, schedules, risks, dependencies, and executive reporting across multiple initiatives Provide leadership and direction to project managers and delivery teams while ensuring effective stakeholder engagement and organizational alignment Report program status, key risks, milestones, and outcomes to senior leadership and governance committees
