North Properties Corporate Office Location: Conestogo, Ontario, Canada Department: Accounting Reports To: Accounts Payable Manager Classification: Full-Time Salary: $22/Hour Reason for Vacancy: Recent Position Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable Analyst to join our team.

This role is responsible for managing accounts payable functions across multiple companies, ensuring timely and accurate payment processing and supporting financial operations.

Primary Responsibilities: Verify and process invoices accurately across multiple entities Ensure payments are processed in accordance with agreed timelines and due dates Maintain accurate records of all accounts payable transactions Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes Communicate effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders regarding payment inquiries Support continuous improvement of AP processes and controls Qualifications: Diploma in Accounting, Bookkeeping, Business Administration, or a related field Experience working with Net

Suite (preferred) General computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office, Google etc.
