Ensure production quantities, established procedures, and deadlines are met.

Ensure compliance with Good Hygiene Practices (GHP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

Enforce health and safety policies and procedures.

Coordinate workforce allocation across workstations to optimize operations.

Implement the weekly production plan and monitor its execution.

Perform all other related duties.

Job requirements Fluent spoken French: Effective communication is essential.

Supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably within the food industry.

Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), considered an asset.
