As a Senior Logistics Broker, you''ll be responsible for coordinating shipments, building carrier relationships, negotiating rates, and ensuring our customers receive exceptional service.

Growing logistics division with advancement opportunities Supportive team environment with autonomy in the role Work with a company expanding across civil construction and supply chains KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Source, secure, and manage freight with reliable carriers Negotiate competitive rates while maintaining service quality Track and trace shipments, resolving issues proactively Communicate with customers, carriers, and internal teams Grow and manage a personal carrier network Ensure timely documentation, billing accuracy, and compliance Identify opportunities to optimize cost, service, and route efficiency REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS &SKILLS; As a member of the Sutco transportation team, we expect you bring the followingtothe table: 3+ years of 3PL brokerage experience Understanding of TL/LTL, flatbed, heavy haul, and/or Van freight Ability to negotiate rates and manage carrier relationships Strong communication and problem-solving skills Experience with TMS platforms and load boards (Loadlink, Hub
