Key Responsibilities:
• Advise on commercial, procurement, and regulatory compliance issues
• Draft and negotiate legal documents and agreements
• Identify and mitigate legal risks effectively
• Collaborate with business units to align legal and operational objectives
• Stay updated on legal changes affecting the organization
Requirements:
• Degree in law and Bar membership in Canada
• 7–10 years of law practice experience
• Expertise in corporate/commercial and compliance law
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Proficiency in English and French
