Position Description Shift pattern is: Day shift Monday to Friday 40 hours per week Opportunities for overtime available Responsibilities include: Programs, operates and maintains the following machines: CNC and lathes Reviews drawings, instructions, blueprints or samples to ensure accurate production Takes exact measurements for cutting or shaping Selects appropriate machine and settings for a given task Plans proper sequence of tasks to complete the assignment Follow all workplace safety protocol Quality assurance of parts Experience 3 to 5 years minimum of CNC lathe operation 3 years of CNC lathe programming, ideally on Haas Machines and on Mastercam program Qualifications Should be able to do programming in computer Should have experience with Fanuc Controls / Haas Controls Able to lift 30-40 pounds lbs.

Able to read Drawings / Blueprints Able to work with tool steel D-2, H-13, P10, P20, M-2, M-4 Etc.

Should have experience with Ceramic tools and Inserts
