Seeking to Join Our Team: We areseekinga detail-oriented and technically capable Intermediate Financial Accountant to join our global finance team, supporting our Australia and broader APAC entities.

Reporting to the Finance Manager, this role focuses onaccuratefinancial reporting, balance sheet integrity, and compliance support across multiple entities andjurisdictions.

The ideal candidate has a solid accounting foundation, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively within established processes while continuing to develop their technical and professional skills.

What Success Looks Like in this Role: Financial Reporting & Compliance Prepare and post routine month-end journal entries, including accruals, payroll-related journals, fixed assets, and other standard adjustments.

Prepare payroll journals and superannuation entries based on payroll system exports.





Perform balance sheet reconciliations and investigate variancesin a timely manner.

Support the preparation of monthly financial reporting packages for APAC entities.

Assistwith year-end audit preparation, including supporting schedules, reconciliations, and responses to auditor requests.

Liaise with external accounting and tax advisors to support statutory reporting, tax filings, and local compliance requirements.

Review financial outputs received from external providers (e.g., India and China entities) for completeness and accuracy before upload into the consolidation system.

Deliver bi-weekly cash flow projections.

Assistwith ad hoc finance tasks and analysis asrequired.

Multi-Entity Accounting Support accounting activities across multiple legal entities and currencies.

Prepare and reconcile intercompany transactions and balances.

Assistwith foreign exchange remeasurement entries and related reconciliations.

Coordinate with regional finance contacts and third-party providers to ensuretimelyandaccuratefinancial data submission.

Support indirect tax filings (e.g., GST) and other recurring compliance requirements under supervision.

Operational Finance Support Assistwith month-end close activities, including bank and balance sheet reconciliations.

Support monitoring of cash balances and preparation of basic cash flow reports.

Maintain accounting documentation, working papers, and process notes.

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including system enhancements, process refinement, and documentation.

Support the transition of selected accounting activities from third-party providers to internal ownership, as directed.

ActivelyleverageAI tools (e.g.,



Claude, Microsoft Copilot,Perplexity) to automate and improve month-end processes, reconciliations, and reporting workflows bringing a continuous improvement mindset and enthusiasm for reshaping how finance work gets done.

Partner with the AP, AR, and FP&A; teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of reporting inputs.

Experience 35+ years in accounting roles, with experience supporting financial reporting and audits under ASPEand/or IFRS.

Experience in a multi-entity, multi-jurisdictional, or multi-currency environment.

Experience in a publicly listed company environment is an asset.

Exposure to working with external accountants, auditors, or tax advisors.

Experience using ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, Net

Suite, or equivalent.

Backgroundin SaaS, professional services, or global B2B organizations is an asset.

Skills Solid technical accounting knowledge witha strong desireto continue learning and developing.

Strong Excel skills, including reconciliations, data analysis, and report preparation.

High attention to detail and robust organizational skills.

Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.

Reporting Relationship: Finance Manager Location: This role is remote.

Location preferred in Toronto, Canada or Sydney, Australia.
