About the Role Were currently hiring for an Assistant Department Manager, Pharmacy a developmental leadership role designed to prepare you for future advancement into Pharmacy Manager positions.

As an Assistant Department Manager, youll play a key role in supporting pharmacy operations, team development, and customer care.

Youll work closely with the Pharmacy Manager to ensure regulatory compliance, drive business growth, and foster a collaborative, high-performing team environment.

What Youll Do Ensure compliance with provincial pharmacy regulations and legislative requirements Promote professionalism, ethical business practices, and a strong work ethic Support efficient pharmacy operations, including staff productivity, training, and payroll management Lead resource planning, performance standards,
