Description Corporate and Restructuring Practice in Toronto.

They require someone with financial modelling and strong restructuring skills Major Responsibilities: Manage the corporate insolvency and restructuring practice BIA proceedings, including proposals to creditors and commercial bankruptcies Acting for stakeholder in Companies Creditors Arrangement Act (CCAA) proceedings, including as Court appointed Monitor Court and private appointment receiverships and viability assessments Providing restructuring financial as well as operational assistance to troubled enterprises and their stakeholders Debt restricting/refinancing and liquidity management Asset management and disposition Turnaround Management, Chief Restructuring Officer retainer Excellent technical insolvency, restructuring, and refinancing skills.

Exceptional oral and written presentation abilities, including articulating proposals and final reports using MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Power

Point.

Requirements Qualifications: 5 years minimum of experience in an insolvency practice required Enrolled in the Licensed Insolvency Trustees program or a willingness to enroll in the program Bachelors degree, (or equivalent experience)



in Finance or Accounting Self-starter and a multi-tasker with demonstrated focus on setting priorities Ability eo empathize with the clients situation while offering professional advice and focusing on client satisfaction Effective interpersonal skills to motivate and mento staff as well as facilitate positive outcomes for business professional efforts Strong financial analytical and financial modelling skills Detail-oriented, logical; ability to navigate through issues and provide effective solutions Previous work experience in corporate insolvency and working on restructuring giles is an asset Other professional designation(s) would be an asset.

Accounting /Finance experiencerequired (CA//CPA strongly preferred) Strong project management skills with ability to multi task across projects Exceptional client management and relationship development experience Broad financial and commercial experience, having demonstrated achievementeither within a skilled services organization or corporate environment A self-starter, who can work well independently as well as part of a team Logical, methodical and commercial approach, combined with strong business diagnostics skills Strong report writing and reviewing skills Excellent communicator, both oral and written Additional Comments If you are interested in this opportunity, please forward your resume by separate attachment in word format to:tanya.
